It's our annual Defenders Day celebration when we celebrate the victory in 1813 of the Cecil Militia over the invading British.
All events are free and open to the public.

Talk to the 1812 Interactive Militia camp soldiers and see live skirmishes between the Militia and British Invaders . “HUZZAH”!!
Meet Mary Pickersgill and ask her about the Ft. Mc Henry Flag that she made. (C haracter Interpreter from the Flag House/Star Spangled Banner Museum in Baltimore . )
J oin Underwater Archeologist, Michael Hughes, who helped discover the 1812 Packet Boat in the Elk Creek in 2000.
